Arrears reports draw together relevant information such as the tenants name, arrears amount, last payment date and their contact details. Advanced filtering options and the aged debtor reports then help you to decide exactly which debtors to target.




Automatic chaser letters
One of the most useful features of the credit control facility is the automatic chaser letters. The system has pre-set letters ranging from an initial chaser letter to a final reminder.
